Get the publishing pipeline moving again without exposing credentials or customer data.

Start Here

Email polymathpublishinghouse@gmail.com from the address tied to your workspace. Include the workspace, brand, affected platform, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time.

Never email a password, magic-link URL, OAuth token, API key, payment-card number, or unredacted customer export. We will ask for a safe diagnostic if one is needed.

Choose The Right Subject

  • Access or billing: Content OS account help
  • Destination or publishing: Content OS publishing help
  • Security or privacy: Content OS security report
  • Deletion or export: Content OS privacy request

Before You Contact Us

  • Check Service Status for a known interruption.
  • Open the affected destination in Accounts and use the exact next action shown there.
  • For a rejected post, include the packet title and the change requested—not copied credentials or private tokens.
  • For a failed publish, include the publish-log time and customer-safe error message.

What Happens Next

We review the request, verify workspace access when needed, and reply by email with the next safe action. We do not promise a response time that we cannot consistently meet. Urgent security reports are prioritized.
