How To Request Deletion
Email polymathpublishinghouse@gmail.com from the address tied to the workspace with the subject: Content OS Data Deletion Request.
Include the workspace, brand, platform, connected account handle or page/profile name, and whether you want one connection or the entire workspace deleted. Never send a password, OAuth token, API key, magic-link URL, or complete payment-card number.
Email is the system of record for customer-initiated deletion intake. Direct public API callers receive an explicit unavailable response directing them to this verified process; signed connected-platform callbacks receive a tracked, opaque confirmation code without exposing workspace or account identifiers.
What We Delete
- Stored OAuth tokens for the requested connected account.
- Connected-account metadata such as handle, provider account ID, publish target ID, board ID, and OAuth status.
- Optional workspace records tied only to that connection, when deletion does not conflict with operational audit obligations.
What May Be Retained
We may retain minimal audit logs needed for security, compliance, debugging, or proof that a deletion request was processed. Published posts already sent to third-party platforms must be managed or deleted on those platforms directly unless the platform API allows removal and we are authorized to perform it.
Timeline
We aim to verify and process a complete request within 30 days. We may ask for additional proof that the requester controls the workspace or connected account. We confirm completion or explain any legally required retention by email.
Platform Revocation
You can also revoke Polymath OS access from the connected platform's own app, permissions, or security settings. Revoking access may immediately prevent future publishing even before our internal records are removed.
