Polymath OS

Terms of Service

The commercial terms for using Content OS.

Last updated July 17, 2026 Version 2026-07-17

Agreement And Eligibility

These Terms are a binding agreement between the person or organization using Content OS and Polymath Publishing House. If you accept for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

The version accepted by a new workspace or invitation is 2026-07-17. Using the service after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms.

Accounts And Authorized Access

  • Provide accurate account information and keep workspace membership current.
  • Connect only social accounts, brands, media, and data you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Protect sessions, API keys, OAuth grants, email accounts, and devices; promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for activity by your users and integrations within your workspace.

Subscriptions, Fees, And Renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price and interval shown at checkout. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods and the authorized payment method may be charged. Plan limits, included usage, and separately metered generation or provider costs are shown before purchase or use.

Prices may change for a future renewal after reasonable notice. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge subscription fees, applicable usage, and taxes. Failed payment may suspend paid features after notice.

Trials, Cancellation, Refunds, And Taxes

A stated trial ends on the date shown in the workspace. Cancel through workspace billing before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period unless the account is terminated for cause.

Fees are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods, unused capacity, provider outages, or customer configuration errors, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, withholding, and similar taxes other than taxes on our net income.

Customer Content And Publishing Responsibility

You retain ownership of customer content. You grant Polymath Publishing House a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display customer content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.

You are responsible for reviewing content before approval and for legality, accuracy, rights, disclosures, audience, timing, and platform compliance. Automation supports—not replaces—human judgment. You must not bypass approval controls or direct the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized material.

Connected Platforms And Third-Party Services

Connected platforms and generation providers are independent services governed by their own terms, policies, rate limits, reviews, and availability. We do not control them and cannot guarantee that an integration or permission will remain available. You authorize Content OS to send the approved instructions and data required for the features you enable.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not publish spam, malware, harassment, illegal or deceptive material, or content that infringes another person's rights.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, probe, disrupt, overload, resell unauthorized access, or bypass security, review, entitlements, provider limits, or workspace isolation.
  • Do not upload secrets into content fields or use the service to train a competing model or product without written permission.
  • Comply with applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, advertising rules, privacy obligations, and connected-platform policies.

Our Service And Intellectual Property

Polymath Publishing House and its licensors own Content OS, its software, designs, documentation, and service marks. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription. No ownership transfers to you.

Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission. We may change or discontinue features, but will not intentionally remove a material paid feature mid-term without a reasonable substitute, notice, or appropriate remedy where required by law.

Suspension And Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, platform abuse, or conduct that threatens customers or the service. When practicable, we will give notice and a chance to cure.

After termination, access ends and customer data may be deleted after a reasonable export and retention period. Payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and terms that by nature should survive will survive.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENT OS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PUBLISHING SUCCESS, PLATFORM AVAILABILITY, CONTENT RESULTS, REVENUE, OR AUDIENCE PERFORMANCE.

Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. POLYMATH PUBLISHING HOUSE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID FOR CONTENT OS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LAW PROHIBITS THEM.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Polymath Publishing House against third-party claims arising from your customer content, connected accounts, violation of law or platform policy, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach or willful misconduct.

Governing Law And General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them with the service or business. If one term is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and checkout terms are the entire agreement for the service.
