Polymath OS is an internal publishing operations system for Polymath Publishing House and authorized team members. It is not a public self-service product at this time.
Authorized Access
- Only allowlisted users may access the dashboard.
- Users are responsible for connecting only social accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
- Users must keep credentials, API keys, OAuth tokens, and account access secure.
Publishing Responsibility
Polymath OS provides content planning, approval, scheduling, and publishing tools. Users are responsible for reviewing content before approval and ensuring posts comply with applicable laws, platform policies, brand requirements, and advertising or disclosure obligations.
Connected Platforms
Use of connected platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, X, and TikTok is also governed by those platforms' own terms, developer policies, API rules, and community standards. Polymath OS does not override those requirements.
Approval Workflow
Content should not be published until it has passed the internal review and approval workflow. Automation exists to reduce manual work, not to bypass human judgment.
No Abuse Or Spam
- Do not use Polymath OS to publish spam, misleading content, malware, harassment, infringing content, or content that violates platform policies.
- Do not connect accounts without permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform rate limits, review requirements, or access controls.
Availability
Polymath OS may change, pause, or remove features at any time. Publishing may fail because of platform API changes, permission changes, rate limits, account status, missing credentials, or provider outages.
